Park Closure Level 4 and ADR’s

So searching the internet and I can’t find any info on ADR’s in the event of a Level 4 park closure. Have a reservation for Sept 4 at Sci-Fi Diner for 6pm (made before the announcement) on the day we arrive. My question is if the Park Reaches Level 4 Closure am I charged for not making my reservation? Not expecting this happen but curious in case it does.

As that's not a no-show but rather a not-allowed-to-show, I'd say you wouldn't be charged
