First of all, she shouldn't have been thrown in prison in the first place. What she did wouldn't have landed anybody else in prison. Second of all, ALL celebs get solitary when they go to jail. Want to know why? Because the rest of the inmates would tear them apart if they didn't. Tommy Lee got solitary when he was in. They actually wouldn't let him do anything with the other prisoners. He asked them why, and they said because another celeb who came in earlier asked if he could go out into the yard with the rest of them. He was out maybe five minutes before he got the stuffing kicked out of him.

So it's not like, "ohh I'm Paris Hilton, I'm too good to be with stinky inmates". They put her in solitary for her own safety.

Oh don't get me wrong. I think that the stuck up crybaby should still be in jail. She got her sentence, she should serve it. I think she should serve the full 40 days or whatever it was too.

What I don't like, however, are the reasons she's in jail in the first place. She drove while completely sober. Woo. Sure, she violated probation, but still. It's not like she hit someone with a car like Lindsay Lohan or anything.

I think it's stupid, and an absolute disgrace that she's out of jail, but I also think it's stupid that she was in jail in the first place.

And unless she's ungreatful for what she has why would you put someone down? To bring yourself up? FRom what I've seen she's never acted like a brat. Especially nowadays. But the reason I'm being harsh is because she had so many stupid privilges in jail, and STILL couldn't do it. I mean, seriously. First she had her sentence reduced. Because she's a celeb and she'd get torn apart, she got solitary. She was able to have her own shrink come in and talk to her, something that most inmates wouldn't be able to do. They'd use the prison's shrink. And after all that, after ALLLL that, she gets let out on some BS medical "mental" reasons. Every news story I've read says she was on the verge of a mental collaps. A nervous breakdown. Oh please. That AKA's to, "I'm too much of a wuss to take it here, and my daddy has the money to get me out.".

So now she's in house arrest in her palace. Oh yeah, like THAT'S a punishment.

I just hope and pray that that judge comes down on her and sends her right back into jail with no chance of getting out, and orders her to serve her full term. I hope that the sherrif who let her out gets into big trouble, seeing as how he doesn't have the authority to make that sort of decision. I'm glad that the California Attorney General brought this whole thing up to the judge.
