I'm sick of hearing " in the news todayParis Hilton gets out of jail eary" "Brittany Spears gose into rehab" Paris Hilton suposovy has a medical condition that give her a get out of jail to go live in her masion free card"

First of all, she shouldn't have been thrown in prison in the first place. What she did wouldn't have landed anybody else in prison. Second of all, ALL celebs get solitary when they go to jail. Want to know why? Because the rest of the inmates would tear them apart if they didn't. Tommy Lee got solitary when he was in. They actually wouldn't let him do anything with the other prisoners. He asked them why, and they said because another celeb who came in earlier asked if he could go out into the yard with the rest of them. He was out maybe five minutes before he got the stuffing kicked out of him.

So it's not like, "ohh I'm Paris Hilton, I'm too good to be with stinky inmates". They put her in solitary for her own safety.

are you kidding? why should paris hilton not go to jail? any personlike you and me would be going there for what a minimum of 3-5 years. boooohooo cry your eyes out paris 23 days! ooooooh. i know its hard for paris--not going shopping everyminute or not charging everything to her daddys credit card. but really its 23 days i hope they send her back in. the blonde deserves it. iwillNEVER stay at a hilton hotel again.

Actually I know someone who did the exact same thing and got only 100 days. I have no idea where you're getting a 3-5 minimum.

Umm, noooooooo. Paris went to jail for violating her probation. She simply drove, and was completly sober when she did it.

I think Paris deserves to be in jail. Like you people are saying..If it was normal people like us..we will not be givin "special treatment" or be let out early. We could be dying of cancer and they would still not let us out of there. All we know she could of been sneaking food and saying that she is starving herself..Another thing..My dad doesn't let our family stay in the Hilton Hotels..He said he doesn't want to support their family

I'm not a Paris Hilton fan or anything, but I don't have anything againts her. I just think it's ridiculous how people spend so much time ranting about how much they hate her. I doubt she has done anything that significantly wrong for someone to diss her so abdly. If you heard her in an interview at the MTV movie awards you'd see that she sounded very sincere, she wasn't talking in her little baby voice and she was ready to face her sentence. I personally wish she could have stayed. I think she woulda changed. But she supposedly has some "medical condition" which I believe. She said she wanted to face the sentence so I believe her. Also she's on house arrest so she still has to suffer. Stop beating up on her, for real, it's soo immature.

So what? You get the flu you get out of Jail? No. It doesn't work like that. I've heard of someone who was in jail and had a 105 temp. They took him to the prison hospital, and the day he was better they threw him right back in.

Also she was let out on "mental" reasons, which makes total sense seeing as how her shrink was visiting her yesterday. But a rash = not mental reasons.

Have you seen the house she's staying in house arrest in? Would be a vacation to most of us.

Also, you don't get out of a prison sentence for medical reasons. There are people in jail with cancer, diabetes, aids, and all sorts of other diseases.
