We are driving up north tonight for a visit day tomorrow at the state school my dd is accepted to. I think the Yale converstion has passed now

. This will be our second visit, and we will be making housing deposits, talking to faculty, aid people, eating lunch in the dining hall etc LOL.
I think I am done on the grade whining too (for now anyway), her Econ is back to 98% and I believe her stupid online AP Calc class is at an A- now too. Still a B+ in AP English, but I think she can pull that back up before the end of the semester, but even if not she can still pull the 4.0 with 1 B+.
She is in the last 2 weeks of rehearsal for our schools 1st ever fall play (that is a whole different discussion, let's just say that!), then will go into the State One Act Play after that, which then overlaps with the start of the spring musical in January.
We haven't seen anything on ordering cap and gowns yet, but I recall it coming shockingly early when my son was a senior, so I expect to see it any day now. State teachers conventions are today and tomorrow, so she is off school now until Tuesday.
I bet I get 10 college emails a day at least in my email, and she gets a bunch in hers too. I just hit delete LOL, some of them amuse me. We also get constant calls from another state school that we visited last November. We don't answer the phone, but they don't get the hint. Also from one other school we visited last spring, they have students calling and leaving us messages. Must be nice to feel wanted
