Parasol Parade at GF

I was watching the Best Hotels show on the Travel channel, and they did a piece on the Grand Floridian. There was something called the Parasol Parade, where the mousekeepers would "parade" into the hotel, twirling parasols and dressed in their GF-style costumes. This supposedly happens every morning. Has anyone ever seen this, or even heard of it??

Oh yes, I have seen it.......I felt so badly for those mousekeepers.......
It seemed kind of humiliating to me. My wife agreed.

We heard about it but never have seen it because I think we leave for the parks too early. I thought the same thing that maybe the mousekeepers would seem too silly, but after last night's show I thought differently. We just started getting the Travel Channel on our cable and I'm so happy to be able to see WDW specials after hearing you guys talk about them all the time.
