DD9 mentioned having a guitar to play with would be cool, shes not getting a real one anytime soon. How about Paper Jamz?

I would think a 9-year-old is too old for Paper Jamz - my son has been playing with his since he was 4 (5 now). Why not a real guitar? There are some out there that don't cost much more than the Paper Jamz.

The Paper Jamz has held up very well for us. DS7 and DD4 both think it is cool.

Shes getting an iPod Touch for Christmas and we just purchased her a clarinet for band :goodvibes I was looking for a fun gift since her Christmas list is not very long and I already told her no guitart :goodvibes

Both my boys got them last year. They have held up fine, but are rarely played with at all.
My daughter turns 10 next week, and her #1 thing on her list is a real guitar. I found a great deal on one at Costco.
