Vital - we're staying off site. We're a family of 5, me, DH and 3 girls. The oldest is 18 so technically we're 3 adults and DD6 and DD2. Maybe we'll run into each other!

OK, so I was in chat last night with some fantastic ppl who are very knowledgeable(sp). One works there (angiebelle), one has been before (sheri) and one just got back (dmtdisney). They were able to calm my nerves and give me some invaluable info. I really don't know what I would've done had I not been OCD and had the internet! I would've been like a lost sheep just staring in amazement at all of the ppl and attractions. I still have until 0530 Monday until I leave for the airport so I hope the calmness stays until then. I don't mind the excitement, it's the panic-like sensation that bothers me!

I enjoy planning because it's fun and it gets me hyped up for the trip, but we never do everything that I plan for ahead of time. We still haven't seen Fantasmic (it's always in the intinerary) and that's OK because we have something to look forward to next time. Our biggest mistake in the past has been pushing ourselves too hard. From experience, afternoon breaks = good thing! My point is, I've learned by doing. Each trip I learn what to do (or more importantly what not to do) on future trips. Planning is important, but inevitably your family will figure it out as they go along. And that spontaniety is part of the magic!
