Nice! I was on the first 2005 crossing and the Wonder's first crossing in 2011, so this will be my 3rd crossing but my first time heading eastbound. I hope the time changes don't mess me up too much. I had a heck of a time on the westbounds with waking up earlier and earlier every day. I know that by the end of the 2005 cruise, I was up and out of the cabin by 5am every morning sitting at a computer in the promenade lounge waiting for Topsiders to open. I specifically booked OGT instead of IGT so I'll be able to get some help from the daylight cues in the morning to help with the "jetlag".
I'm starting to feel like this trip will be here before I know it; it's feeling more "real" instead of just "planning". USAir finally dropped the pricing for the IAH-PVD on the 28th so I snagged my flight (1:50pm departure since DCL told me they were recommending return flights after 1:30pm). I'll be adding their transfer since the $30 seems like a good deal for a single. I also had them check my reservation and apply the DCC onboard credit offer since I'd paid with Disney Visa.
Has anyone with an IGT or OGT received room numbers yet?
We are almost up to 100 pages on this roll callWe are going on a Carnival Cruise out of Port Canaveral on August 10th and will be spending a few days with our daughter who lives in the Orlando area. My daughter says we will be visiting Mickey's place for a day (I can't figure out who this Mickey is)
Looking forward to our cruise in February, this will be our 6th cruise and our 1st Disney Cruise. Flying to Los Angeles and since we live in the Houston area (Richmond, TX) a relative will pick us up in Galveston.![]()
What we've done in the past is say that anyone who joined after the cutoff date will be included since we don't want to leave anyone out IF the person giving has enough FE gifts. It will be up to the individual giving out the gifts.
Does anyone know if they offer the same price for the photo disk on the 14 night cruises as they offer on the 7 night. The cruises seem to be the only time we can manage to get a decent family photo taken, and the photos are always excellent.
Looking forward to the cruise, but not the 15 hours in the airplane it takes to get to LA. Anyone a night owl. We are 11 hours ahead of PST, so when you are getting up in the morning, we are winding down for the evening.
