Do we know if the Dog has any dietary restrictions? Also how large is the dog?

Will you be sending out the final cabin list for the FE and recipe exchange, if so when?

Been working and moving and have not been able to focus on the vacation. Just need to get through the next fee weeks and I can start to see a light at the end of the tunnel...... It will be the Wonder! Can not wait

Update on FE

31 cabins with 23 kids and 1 dog!!!

I would love to know what the dog can and can't have as I a bit unsure what to get it

In an interesting turn of events, we aren't sure if we are cruising or not, but for a FANTASTIC reason! My husband and I have been trying to adopt for years now, and we just found out last week that we got a placement! My 11 month old son moves in TODAY and his 4 1/2 year old sister moves in next week!!!!! (Holy cow, right????) Since we were waiting to hear from the state on possible adoption placements, we DID take the Travel Protection, knowing there was a SLIGHT possibility we may get a call.....little did we know!

So, now we aren't sure what we are doing. The kids' social worker said she can absolutely get them passports and we can take them on the cruise if we want to, but it'll all depend on how everyone adjusts. Two weeks is a Loooooong time to be on a ship if the baby decides he's going to scream the whole time! We will just have to see how these next few weeks go.

In the mean time......eeeeeekkkkkk!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!! We found our about our daugter 1 week before we were cruising on a B2B. She stayed with the foster parents and we went. They said we could take her with us, but she was too young.

Had to share. My daughter qualified for State Fair with her 4-H project (Vet Science I). We went on Saturday and she finished in the top 6 in the state! They give a top award and then the other's get the same award. They don't distinguish by 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc..
Now it is on to more softball before the County Fair starts and her other project gets judged.

Normally I let "little kids" & other folks in wheelchairs pet him. But when its a ship Full of kids i don't let anyone.

He works for the "petting" that i give him. If i let everyone pet him, He wont work for me. (sorry)

I'm a trainer of Service dogs.

For FE "gifts" Toys are always good lol. He cant have "food" of any type. (his tummy)

Bingo is an Australian Labradoodle.

But i know a Dog that you can pet. I have a photo of me petting him.

Another luggage question...does DCL limit the number of checked bags I can bring? I went on another cruise & could only bring 2 checked bags.

Another luggage question...does DCL limit the number of checked bags I can bring? I went on another cruise & could only bring 2 checked bags.

I'm sure if you read the rules they will have a limit; but I have never seen them count bags or not let someone on with a lot of luggage - however the cabins are only so big and the Wonder does not have the raised beds for luggage storage so you might not want to go nuts or you will not be able to get through your room.

Oh-I thought I could lift up the bed, nest the suitcases & put them under.

Not a lot fits under the older beds - the beds on the new ships and the Magic refurb are much better use of space. You also don't have the seat/storage in the sitting areas and not all rooms even have the extra storage cabinet/trunk. You have two sliding door closets that include drawers and a room safe. There are also drawers in the sitting area, but not a huge amount of space for a family of 4 - not bad for a couple - bigger than many cruise ships, but cruise rooms are not as big as most hotel rooms so you don't want to over pack.

I thought the Wonder and the Magic were the same and that you could lift the bed on both.
Last year on the Magic we had 2 cabins 12 suitcases and 6 carry on size bags we checked it all in except what we wanted to carry on with us. We were given extra tags at the baggage drop off for the other suitcases.

We had no problems storing everything we put a couple of suitcases under the bed DH just lifted it and they fitted under the others went in the closet.
I expect to have a little less this year as we are only bringing 3 of our kids
