With Palo being 18+ my daughter turns 18 on the last cruise day. Would we be able to book her into Palo for the day of her birthday?

Does that also mean, she can access the adult areas that day too?

Many Thanks

On the day she turns 18, your daughter can access adults-only areas. She may want to see if Guest Services can print her a new Key to the World card showing her as an adult.
Conversely, on the day she turns 18, she will no longer be allowed in Vibe except during an Open House.

"last cruise day" as in the last FULL day of cruising? Before arriving at debarkation port the next day? Then, yes.

Now, you wouldn't be able to book her reservation until you're onboard.

yes last full day. But darn about booking. Could we book for another adult in the group and then change to her? Hubby isn't keen to go to Palo buy miss teen is a big foody so if I booked for hubby and myself and then changed to miss teen on board would that work?

I think she'll have access to adult areas but as I'm not sure myself if she does or not you can always ask on the live chat feature on the Disney cruise line website and ask about the Palo and adult activities on the live chat feature and someone like JoJo or Wanda will be happy to help and there's always great response on the live chat on the Disney cruise line website. Sorry reason why I'm recommending using the live chat service on Disney cruise line website because they know more about Palo and adult exclusive areas.
If you want them to have a look at your booking to check for you them you will need to fill in a form to give permission for the person behind the live chat feature to view your booking and to check for you.

Changing a person is not an issue.

Since the OP got their answer and this thread is becoming a debate, I am going to close it before it goes off the rails. :)
