That's an interesting point. If you book Palo dinner, depending on the time of year, the view could be very nice or it could just be like looking into a mirror. The key is what time the sun sets during your cruise. You can find this out by googling for the date and location (pick a nearby island). If the sun sets later in the evening, then plan your Palo dinner to start a bit before sunset so you can watch it set while eating.
