We did the brunch on the 2/22 four day, and it was spectacular! Our server told us that they used to do the brunch for concierge guests, but there wasn't enough business to justify it, so they stopped. But then, when Freeport was dropped from the schedule, they added the brunch on the sea day. She said they started with smaller numbers of guests at first until all the staff were familiar with it, and now they run at full capacity, which I think she said was about 100. We booked at the same time that we booked the evening Palo, and didn't have any trouble getting it.
We loved the brunch - tasty, beautiful and fun!
