Paleo Cauliflower pizza crust?

Can you tell me if any of the dining offers a cauliflower pizza crust? We eat 98% paleo but sometimes you want pizza . I am sure kids will want pizza out I would rather have a cauliflower crust but would settle for a good gluten free pizza . This is not an allergy we just had to make some changes for health reasons .

I've never seen it. Since it doesn't address an allergy need and is more of a trend, I don't think it would be on any of the alternative menus either. You might find it at one of the new Disney Springs restaurants, but not in the parks.
