Pal Mickey....big Help

I picked up a PAL MICKEY for my nephew while @ WDW. He was really great in Epcot & Animal Kingdom. In MGM PM just told lots of corny jokes. MK was a history/fact lesson.

We have been there 4 times...and Pal Mickey really enhanced the days at Epcot & AK parks.

Pal Mickey worked overtime in Animal Kingdom, telling us all "secret" paths, telling us animal facts..etc. I must say I was impressed.

While in Epcot, Pal Mickey told us other "secret" things to see & do. Again very interesting.

Wheter you purchase or rent...I think you will find Pal Mickey lots of fun.

...One funny thing happened....one evening in MK, Pal Mickey told us that there were very short lines at Buzz Lightyears ride, when we got there 10 minutes later....IT WAS THE LONGEST LINE I EVER SAW at Buzz Lightyear...and all these kids were holding Pal Mickeys.

So pretty much ignore the "short lines" msgs Pal Mickey says...cause he is telling the same thing to about 5,000 other people.

Happy to hear that Pal Mickey enhanced your WDW experience.

I'd love to hear what he has to say. I have no kids but would consider it anyway. lol What about the rest of you without children...has anybody carried him around or would consider carrying him around?

There were just as many adults with a Pal Mickey as there were kids with one. Gor for it!

I saw the Pal Mickey on the Planning DVD. He does look interesting!

I'm just curious. What is the cost of a Pal Mickey to buy/rent? Did you think it was worth it?

I think we've decided to spring for one in September. DS (2 1/2) will be thrilled! What, Mickey will actually talk back?!? Just the other night, he would NOT go to sleep, so I told him to tell Mickey (his small plush one) what he wanted to ride in September. In a few seconds, I could hear him on the monitor...Mickey, guess what! I'm goin' to wide Spaceship Earf, and Buzz Wightyear, and Piwates of the Cawibbean...

Hurry up, September!!!

I'm child-at-heart and have my own Pal Mickey along with my 2 (other adult) friends. We're about to head back in a few weeks and I know for sure I'm taking mine back and I believe the other "Pals" will be traveling with our little group.

We thought he was cute and sometimes we'd have only 1 or 2 turned on and others time we listened to him in stereo The 3 Pals are in most of our pictures including the souvenirs ride photos.

There is even a group for the Adult Fan club for Pal Mickey. Tawisra (i think that's her spelling) started it and she posts around here.

PAL MICKEY IS 60.00 (TOTAL INC TAX) TO PURCHASE. I BELIEVE ITS 8.00 A DAY TO RENT.

We bought him over Christmas, and my dd loved him, and my DH wore him most of the time. We are leaving on Thursday for an adults only trip, and I plan on taking Pal Mickey with us
