Package vs Room only?

Can anyone tell me what the advantage is to booking a package vs room only. We go every April and have always just booked the room only and just buy tickets at the desk when we get there. We would not do the dining plan, and usually just do 2 parks. Is there a cost advantage to booking a package for the room and the 2 park tickets? Thanks for your help!!

It is my understanding that there isn't any price difference per se unless there is some kind of special running but you do get a few extra perks (coupons) by booking the package (room and tickets)

I know we got a 30 minute arcade card when we stayed at POP not sure if you get at all resorts

Free luggage tags, they are a hard plastic card that has a picture of the castle on them.

Can't think of anything else off the top of my head.
