I used Gardengrocer for the first time during my Nov trip and loved the service. However, I won't be needing $40 worth of items in Feb and was thinking about just having water delivered. I seem to remember reading a few posts where people mentioned being charged by the resort for package deliveries. Do the resorts infact charge you if you have a package mailed or bottled water delivered? I am staying at the Polynesian.

Thanks for any info. I'm having trouble doing any searches to have my questions answered.

We were not charged for our package delivery this past March. I hope they haven't changed the policy! We ordered water from Staples but will probably do Costco or Garden Grocer this time.
Can you tell about Garden Grocer? What is their minimum and what was the charge?

Gardengrocer had a $40 minimum purchase requirement and then a $12 delivery charge. If you ordered over a certain amount (I think it was $200), there was no delivery charge. I thought the service was great. I arranged a delivery time and just made note on the order form that if I wasn't there to leave the delivery with bell services. When my order was delivered to the room, the cold items were packed separately from the non-perishables. I'd definitely use Gardengrocer again and recommend it to others. Just wish they didn't have that $40 minimum. I also found their prices quite reasonable. I'd definitely do better at home, but the prices weren't outrageous. When you consider what Disney charges for bottled water and soda, you come out ahead even with a $12 delivery charge!
