Hi Tanz... about time I got over here! I've caught up, but just with the links so I've missed the chatter in between.

Do our plans really not cross at all??? We'll have to sneak in a hello at the resort for sure.... maybe on the 24th after our MK day and your second AK day.

Love your camera! I have a Fuji S1000 and I love it, it takes fabulous pictures and makes me look like I know what I'm doing when really, I'm pointing and shooting I did find I liked the chrome setting on it for more vivid blues.

Love your resort plans... We did a scavenger hunt on our arrival day to Pop in 2009 - fabulous way to actually explore the resort. We'd stayed before and really hadn't ventured too much further than our building area. Will you play ping pong by the Hippy Dippy Pool?

The Aristocats! What a great movie choice! I haven't seen the film in ages, and now that I'm reminded of it, I want to go back and catch up. I like that you chose a movie that wasn't as popular, too.

I'm not sure if our plans cross or not - will compare them as you post the rest of your day plans. If not meeting at the resort on the evening of the 24th sounds like a plan!

Thank you! I hope it makes me look the same and like I know what I am doing even though I do not have much of a clue! I will remember the tip about the chrome setting.

I am trying to figure out where I read about the scavenger hunt as it looked like a fun way to explore the resort. I'm definitely going to act like a big kid on our holiday and do all the silly things - you never know, I may even venture out to play a ping pong game by the Hippy Dippy Pool (though would be rubbish at it!)

I love my Marie stuffed cat as well!

If your DD loves cats she should def watch The Aristocats! She will fall in love with the film! You never know she may start asking for a real cat...that's what my sister did!

Another movie I remember well! Jasmine loved Marie and she wanted a cat so badly after she first saw the movie (can't because I have allergies) so when my sister and her hubby went to WDW in'95 they searched high and low for a Marie stuffy for her....finally they found one!! She has it to this day!

OMG you haven't seen Aristocats before!!! I love this movie, so much so I remember getting a non Disney white cat that I called Duchess. I love Marie and the kittens, but mostly Marie as she is so sassy. Love her lines like "Because I'm a Lady that's why" and my fav "Ladies do not start fights, but they can finish them" so cute

I am still hopelessly behind, but I love your CS choices and your resort hopping day sounds like so much fun. Capping it off with Sanaa at dinner sounds like the perfect end to the day. I loved my meal there. Really one of my fav TS experiences.

Yay - this is one that I do not remember so much (am still not sure if I have seen it before or not)! It sure makes you want to buy a cat! It's the same in our family - my little sister has always wanted one but my dad is allergic to them.

LOL, I know I know where have I been??!! It sure is a nice movie. Yay on getting a cat and calling her Duchess! I love all the kittens but Marie does stand out esp with the one liners she comes out with!!

I can't wait to eat at all our CS choices and visit all the resorts - am hoping it will persuade Zaheer to return again! We can't wait to eat at Sanaa and hope we feel the same as you. I have heard about the night time animal vision so will be hoping to do that as well.

Hi everyone! Hope you have all had a great weekend!

The weekend is officially over in the UK. We are now into Monday which means I am able to do what I am about to do. Due to the time difference if you are reading this on a Sunday add six hours into the mix or just pretend you have had a drink or two!!

Anyway, I can now say:

99 DAYS!!!!!
DOUBLE DIGITS BABY!!!!!!











Although I have already been counting down I have our calendar ready so I can start crossing off days! It starts on 1 July – I don’t know why I didn’t include June.

August is going to be a busy month for us so I don’t really consider that in the countdown period which means we only have 2 months and 12 days to go!!! :cheer:

Question of the week: What do you like/start to do when you hit the 99 day mark for your trip?

As I am soo excited I will leave you with one more !

I can hardly believe you're into double digits....it's just the best isn't it? By this point, I start to go through all my lists and figure out what I still need to buy, make mani and pedi appts for the day before we leave, hair appts for both of us depending on what we need done, and a list of chores that I have to look after in the house before leaving! It's my favorite part....making lists and stroking things off!
