OH and for everyone else this stupid thing is called a "bible bump" since folks used to use those big huge family bibles and WHACK the heck outta them to make the fluid go away --- not an idea that excites me.

The weight ... notice my ticker? Another pound gone down a total of 17 now. The next pound means i will have lost 18 in total meaning 10% of my body weight! Pretty impressive if you ask me

My sister and I used to whack each others ganglions - not with bibles, but with textbooks! Nice thing is after about 4 or 5 episodes they stopped coming back - good luck w/that BTW.

We are taking the kids to see Santa tonight...it's Chris's birthday, and he said he wanted to take Martina to see him. Isn't that sweet? Of course, she's been petrified of this year, so that ought to be interesting! I'm hoping that with her Big Brother there to protect her she'll go sit on his lap.

I got a question for y'all. Not sure if anyone else ever felt this way, or if you know anyone else that feels this way.

Do you think its strange for someone not to like to recieve gifts? I love giving people presents, and love watching them open, but I don't like being on the recieving end. Kim fusses at me because I won't tell her what I want for Christmas. And I keep telling her I don't need anything. I have everything I need. Loving wife, loving family, pets.

Yep, the President gave off! Dh's ankle is ok, he's out of his cast-long time now. He's still going to PT though.

Hey guys, where is everyone? Pretty slow day, but it was the last day of school! Woot! I'm very happy. Tomorrow I hve play rehearsal, I'm the lead! Even if I am the bear! Though, I am pretty good at it; I get to scream like a guy, alright! Anywho, today was a laxed day. Except for the point that I went to a party with innapropriate people. Disney haters should be shunned, shunned I say! Well, I also had physical therapy with a Disney freak, so that makes things much better. I'm pretty excited to actually have time to use the computer! I got home at about 8:30, so I'm still kinda tired from my long day. I'm very relaxed right now, so I'm watching Holiday in Handcuffs while talking to whoever is on! So, I need to have a Discussion. (Get it, Discussion?!?! ) I am too good, just too good! ​

Hi Peeps! It's not even Christmas yet, But I just bought my bitrhday present from DH!!!! We are going to see Martina McBride in Reading on Feb. 29th!!!! I know....where's the surprise in that, but it's exactly what I wanted! He couldn't get onto the ticketmaster site at work, so he just had me buy them!!! I'm ALMOST as excited as I would be if we were going to Disney!!!!

Hi!! I am TOTALLY going through withdrawal, in fact on the plane on the way home, we landed in Dallas in rain, and I told my husband that the tire tracks in the rain looked like a hidden mickey he said I had Disney on the brain... Hey what did ya think of Wilderness Lodge?? We thought it was gorgeous when we were there for dinner. I also liked the Beach Club and of course I adore GF, and I didn't see much of the Poly, but it looked nice too. Rick says we need to stay in deluxe next time for the hot tub! I would say that was the one thing that we wished they had at Pop, the only other things I noticed that was better about the deluxes were they were SO QUIET and also the MK ones especially have so many ways to get to the parks, rather than just the bus, although we didn't really have any problems with the bus...

The moderates have hot tubs too! Poly is a deluxe but does not have a hot tub. I've stayed at Boardwalk and Contemporary. I loved the convenience of Contempary for getting to MK. Walking is as quick as the monorail..and we lucked into a castle view. I found that around the pool area the kids were all friendly to one another, but the adults were a bit cold and all kept to themselves. At the moderates, everyone is friendly! The boardwalk was great because it is so easy to get to both MGM and Epcot. We were there with the NSalz's. Great hotel and because it is a DVC great activities for the kids, that anyone can participate in. Lifeguards had pool activities and then you can go to community hall and make crafts. Non-DVC members are charged a bit more than DVC members, but my kids loved it!

Not this Ducky -- all the gifts are done and all that needs to be finished up is the Christmas Choir Cantata that got snowed out last Sunday night. We are gonna sing for both services (wish me a "mental" boost of caffeine" 9 and 10:30

So me? still nursing this wrist that makes it hard to do ANYTHING

What's the best thing about today?

Not only is it Friday ... but most peeps are done either school or work for a few days.

OMG, I am sooo sleepy. We've been having snack tables all week to munch on all day. Today we had BBQ & swedish meatballs, sesame chicken, steamed shrimp, pasta salad, potato & regular salads, deviled eggs, rolls, pineapple upsidedown cake, and brownies. Mmmmm! Luckily I don't eat all of that or I'd be full for a week.

I am at work all day and have to work till 3 on Monday too, but hopefully I will get some shopping done on my lunch today... gotta head to the cd tradepost (don't know if they have them out there, they sell video games, etc.) My mother bought the girls Nintendo DS for Christmas, so Santa is gonna get a game for them, and I have a $10 off any purchase of $20 or more to the CD Tradepost, so I thought that would be a good starting place...

But I'm listening to my Ipod while I DIS. And a lot of the TB is off for break so we're all on. That's good at least. And I got a lot of work done on my book.
