Did I mention that my daughter Julia got hired as a character and dancer at our local amusement park, Great America? I am so proud of and excited for her! Here's the link to the park, if you're curious. http://www3.cedarfair.com/greatamerica/index.cfm
She'll be in the Nicktoons show.

POFQ.... we have never stayed there.....always at POR..(I LOVE the boat ride to DTD) so we decided to be different.

Oh cool! We are doing POR for the first time so gald to know who to ask advise from. We almost did POFQ too. I'm excited about the boat - the boats were my favorite thing at WL.

Grilled Tilapia w/ a Southwest relish (corn, blackbeans, peppers, and sauce), greenbeans w/ carrots, and a house salad. Very good.:thumbsup2

Yum....sounds great. All of this talk is making me want a snack....darn it...:)

we would go in the late afternoon/early evening.....if you wait much later it gets way too crowded. It takes longer than the bus, but is SOOOO relaxing.

I'm around:wave:

I'm watching The Lost Tomb of Jesus on Discover now.

Our Sermon was on that story but i was struggling to stay awake ... bad me! I came home and passed out for 3 hours not even lunch... I wanted to watch it but figured someone would tell me what happened

Ok folks I hate to ask to be put on the prayer list but here is my sad story:

Dad had a cancerous lump removed February 2005 from his neck. He was diagnosed with "non treatable" lymphomia. HIs case was even sent to Japan for suggestions on how to help him. Seemed the kind of lump required very agressive chemo and since we need our lymph nodes that is just out of the questions.

fast forward about 6 months and they are CERTAIN they had removed it all and her justs needed to be monitored. Feb 23rd this year he noticed another lump, had it removed and yup the cancer is back. :sad1:

The man drives me batty and makes me wonder where i actually came from BUT he is still my dad and Ben loves that man to pices. Em just kinda tolerates him.

:grouphug: My dad had lymphnoma..... I hope he can beat itpixiedust:
