I read that the other day, and fell off my chair laughing so hard!! That was the funniest thread I have ever seen on here.

Don't you have to wait atleast 55 days between donations? I think that's the right number.

I think with red blood cells you have to wait longer, but you can do platelettes more often. It's kinda neat how the filter on the machine works. The two things I don't like about giving blood.... is the first needle in your arm, and the return pump after the filter removes the platelettes, and sends the red blood cells back into your arm. My arm always gets warm.

I can't go into detail, but I will share this with you. It has come to our attention that our dd1 may be bipolar and we are hoping to be able to get her the treatment that she needs. I just wish it was that simple.
