Sorry to hear your going through so much. I can't believe anyone would be stupid enough to do something like that!!!!

Welllllll.... since your my closest friends and I KNOW you wouldn't tell a soul (tag's taken into account) a few of our college aged co workers liked taking pics at work of other co workers, management, and guests and then post them on their my space page. they animated some of them to make them look like they weren't doing what they really were doing with people they would never do that with... they cut and pasted guest's faces to animals and made racial slurs.. and well bunch of other unseamly things. Where they went terrible wrong was how they labeled their page and soooo, some of the co workers (innocent) and some of the guests (innocent) saw their pics up along with company logo's etc and well, the manure hit the oscilator if you know what I mean. we lost 15 employee's, 1 manager, our General Manager and our District Manager... our large staff is now bare bones. because about 10 people quit that were friends of the 15, and on top of that we had 3 employee's transfering because of moves and 2 getting ready to leave for maternity leave. needless to say those of us that are left are appreciated greatly, but will be dead before the new trainee's get finished!!

Yeah, when I'm at work I'm on the 'puter all day. I try to only DIS during breaks n lunch, but sometimes its hard. I need to go to bed, but its so nice being in a quiet house when all the chitlins are sleeping. Dobe's gonna be waking up pretty soon though.

Sorry to hear that. We finally heard from the other ins company, they want us to get a lawyer. They said the woman already has 3 lawsuits against her from the accident. I mean how bad is it when the other ins co wants you to get a lawyer?!?!?!

Azure, did you watch Ugly Betty? I was just saying to my two teenagers how we almost all identify with the character who's on the outside while the "perfect" people make fun of her. I haven't watched more than a couple of minutes of Betty La Fea, the original show, only because it's so hard for me to keep up in Spanish, but I really enjoyed the new show. It's very sweet. Hope you're feeling better.

Had a very nice day today. We drove to Santa Cruz to pick up ds from college, just for the day. He wanted to get his computer, which had been in the shop. We met up with SIL and her family for dinner at Buca di Beppo. That place is FUN and the food is great. We had calamari, eggplant parmigiana, and spaghetti marinara. I wasn't going to have any dessert but dd and her cousins ordered the dark chocolate cake, then dd was too full by the time it came, so .

I have good news and bad news. DS wants to go to DL with us over Christmas break (that's the GREAT news). Bad news: we have to go the week between 12/25 & 1/1, and that's going to be really crowded, and we won't be able to get APs because the Deluxe APs are blocked then, and the Premium APs are too expensive. Also, I don't know if Cynderella will be able to meet us then, because that's a busy week for a lot of people. I'll just have to pm her and find out. Wish me luck!

No, I'm here too. I was up with Dobie then just stayed up to DIS. Gonna be oh so sorry tomorrow.

Yeah, we met a guy at the girls new school a couple of times. Turns out he's a lawyer. Spoke with him today and dh's gonna go see him Monday. Don't really want to go that route, but we'll see what he has to say. Dh did get a paper today, he's got atleast 12 PTs in his future. He's got to call to make those appts. Tuesday he takes my van for another estimate this time from their ins. Btw, the dr told him he could drive, but for no more than 2hrs. That won't be a problem, he's only doing local trips. Good luck on finding a new car you like. Also g/l with the next DL trip!

Yes, we love halloween too! I always wait until October 1st to decorate the house with the decorations. Can't outside today though, it is pouring in NY! Your right about this group...you can be gone for a week and come back and always get hugs.
