I have a good friend who was an Assistant DA with John Jr., might she be involved in this story??? :confused3 She says John was a nice guy!

He was a GREAT guy! :thumbsup2 Really genuine...not a phoney bone in his body.

Ask your friend if she hung out on Friday nights at the outdoor bar behind the WTC ... after the first bombing!!! Can't recall the name of it...but then again I wasn't always in the most of sober minds when there!

We had a running joke....Are Birthdays are one day apart! :ssst: I use to tell him...that there was a screwup in the cosmos...and he had MY LIFE!!!!!

Loved that show!!! Must have been Mr. GREENjeans!!!

DISUNC do you remember a show called Birthday Party from when we were little. Think it was on channel 9 or 11. How about Romper Room with Miss Louise? My names unusual so she never saw me in her "magic mirror" but always saw my brothers and sisters with common names.

Do be a good BEE! Don't be a BAD BEE!
Yeah I don't recall HAPPY BIRTHDAY PIXIEDUST112!

I have a not so unusual name...and they never mentioned mine either!

Yup remember the BD show too...they host name was Paul...something! I can see his face in my head.

How bout WONDERAMA with Sonny Fox...when it was on Saturday & Sunday am!!!! The Bill McAllister took it over on Sundays only!

Sonny Fox just past away recently!

And Demi Moore was Jackie Templeton. I always wanted a voice like hers. I remember talking to my DH (then DBF) from college when I had a sore throat and raspy voice and he said I finaaly sounded like her! :cool1:

Its funny that her voice doesn't sound so much the same now though but it was really raspy in St Elmos Fire.

Now speaking of celebrity sitings.... We go to New York a few times a year and you always see someone there. Years and years ago, I think I was in college and Nsalz was in high school, we were in the city for the day and she wanted to see her first celebrity siting. ALl day she complained that we hadn't seen anyone famous. I told her we'd see someone on either 5th or Park Avenue. Well we're walking down 5th ave getting ready to go when she suddenly starts pointing her finger at a man screaming, He's Famous!! He's Famous!! WHo is that? I was totally embarassed but Andy Warhol seemed to take it all in stride. He just kept walking.

I've also seen Alec Baldwin and whoever he used to be married to.

When I was in High School I worked in a store. We're in the country but close enough to the city for alot of celebrities to have their homes here. Pat Carroll (Ursula in the Little Mermaid) used to come in to the store alot. She is a sweet lady and a real class act. Alos J.D. Cannon was a regular. He was in some TV show at the time, I think it was McCloud.

But I think the grandprize winner is NSalz's DH. He tends to meet men with the last name Jackson in Bathrooms!!! He has had the urinal next to Phil Jackson (famous NBA basketball coach for all you non sports fans) and Jesse Jackson. When I read DisUnc's rules (while at the muthaland) I laughed over the rule about speaking to other men in the bathroom because we had just been discussing this with NSalz and her DH. We asked him if he talked to "the Jacksons" and he said that he just nodded and said :chat: Hi! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

We're wondering what the odds are that he'll someday be next to Michael Jackson at a public restroom urinal. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

6)?

Failed miserably!

Hmmm, thought you'd do better. It's hard to recognize things out of context.

1) Another One Bites The Dust by Queen
2) Dream On by Aerosmith (really people -- I thought this might be on the RNRC)
3) Yellow Submarine by The Beatles
4)Dancing Queen by Abba
5) Lola by the Kinks
6)I Want to Rock & Roll All Night by KISS

Surprised no one seemed to get # 2 & #5

I'm really bad with guessing music but I'm surprised I didn't get the aerosmith one. We watch miracle at least 2-3 times per week and put together a dvd of our hockey season to that music. DUUUUUUUGH
