Not sure where to post this but I wanted to share. We just got back from a magical trip.

One of my fondest memories was in EPCOT. DS3 got an autograph and picture from Snow White. I took pictures of him getting the autograph and then a picture of him standing with Snow White. He was kind of hesitant to stand with her, I thought maybe he was scared, but couldn't figure out why because he walks right up to the other characters and hugs them. I thought maybe it was because she talked to him and the others didn't. She kept calling him Prince William because he was wearing a name badge, he kept telling her he was "just William". I soon figured out that he was simply in awe (sp?) of her. They posed for the picture and as I was putting my camera away, Snow White reached down held his face and so sweetly kissed his forehead. I was thinking, darn it i didnt get a picture, can you do that again. And then he turned to me and walked away with a huge grin and a bright red lip print on his forehead. I realized that it was just one of those magical moments that will have to live in my mind and it couldn't be repeated for a photo op. It was priceless. He was beaming and had no idea what was on his forehead. His 5 year old brother laughed hysterically, of course, because girls are yucky. But my little man didn't care he loved it!

AAAAWWWW!!! How sweet!!!! :wizard:

That is so sweet... it was funny though because it totally made me think of my son reading it. My son will go up to any character and give them hugs and kisses and all. But when it came to Snow White, he seemed shy of her. She finally took his hands and started talking to him and he was looking at her. Finally he's looking at me with a look on his face like I wanna give her a kiss, is that ok mommy? He's only 20 months but I could totally understand his thoughts. So he kisses her and she gave him a kiss back on the cheek leaving lipstick marks. TOO CUTE!

Yep I'm crying too. My DS is a HUGE Ariel fan and we had a similar story from our trip last year with Ariel.

Thats awesome. Just jot that memory down in your photo album next to the picture, thats a keeper to remember. :)

Sounds like our guys both had the same reaction. Later when we saw Jasmine she pretended to be jealous. It was cute.

How Magical. I love those kinds of moments.

When DS8 was younger, I remember Snow White making a big deal over him on the bridge in WS where you come over from the Boardwalk. I even think there was lipstick involved, but it was several years ago.

Also, last year he wanted NOTHING to do with Princesses and Jasmine MADE him come over and get a picture with her. I have it on video and its so priceless. It was great.

When we were there in Dec. we had breakfast at the castle, while we were waiting to eat all the princeses were walking around and doing there thing with each table. The table next to us had a baby with them around 6-7 months old....very cute little boy, anyway when the princesses got to him they all gave him a kiss on the forehead, so there were like 6 bright red lips on his little head. It was adorable. Although his parents looked at me kinda funny when I took a pic, of him.... just couldn't resist

A picture may capture the moment but the mind has captured the essence for life.
