Disneyvoice - my thoughts exactly!! 
We must have had the same experience as you. We still have so many restaurants we'd love to try that we aren't in a hurry to return to the only restaurant where we didn't enjoy the experience. It seemed like many of the other servers were great - just not ours. She also disappeared - never to be found. Oh well - we'll be dining elsewhere in the immediate future.
