July 5th

I had gone to bed late the night before (around midnight I guess), since it had been the 4th of July. Plus, I always have trouble sleeping due to the fireworks going on so late outside. To make it worse, I can never sleep the night before heading to Disney!

And, I was wide awake at 7:00am! Which is amazing, if I do say so myself. I love my sleep.

I woke up early so I could say goodbye to Jeter, who was going to Camp Bow Wow! My mom and Joe were taking him, so I got to be the one to tell him he was going to Camp. He loves it there, so whenever you say "Jeter, you're going to Camp Bow Wow!" or when you get his food out of the pantry, he goes crazy.

My mom took pics while I was getting his food out and telling him he was going to Camp;

I love this picture ^ He looks crazy. I think he was doing the shaking thing dogs do when they're wet. He wasn't wet, he just does it when he's excited haha

As you can see from the pictures, I wasn't dressed...
So, as soon as they left with the dog, I quietly went upstairs to get ready.
I saw quietly because my dad and J were still sleeping. My dad because he has to work late on the 4th and J because... he sleeps late lol.

So, I got ready, found the camera, and snapped away...
This was our countdown plate

It was still in my room... I had to move it out into the hallway.

And, I broke my last chain on my countdown chain

Soon, my mom and Joe were back and my dad woke up. They all finished/started getting ready. And eventually, J got up and got ready also.

While J was getting ready, I helped my parents pack up the car, and soon we were done! Tons of double checking went on, and we all pilled into the car, rearing to get moving!

My aunt walked over real quick from next door to say goodbye to us, and then we hit the road! Well... not quite. We circled the neighborhood because my dad saw that one of the tired had low air pressure. So we drove back to the house, my dad pumped air into the tire, and we started out Again. We left at 10:55. I estimated the arrival time to Jacksonville, FL being 5:00.

DB's and I entertained ourselves with Jurassic Park 2 (which, J stated was a "snoozefest" you'll come to learn that that is his favorite word), DS's, my laptop, iPods, and texting.

Speaking of texting, I texted Cass (my friend who was in Disney) a lot on the carride down. She had gone to RNRC that day and had already ridden RNRC twice. I had told her to make sure she did ride RNRC, I was glad she did

FINALLY, around 5:00 we arrived at the first hotel

Our room;

We had Subway for dinner- Eat Fresh! Mmmm, my Italian sandwich was delicious! (Another thing you'll realize is that I loooove Italian sandwiches...)

We hit the beds/couch bed around 10ish. I, honestly, could NOT fall asleep. I don't think it was because the pullout couch wasn't comfortable, it actually was... I'm thinking it was because I couldn't wait to drive to Disney the next day!
And, I was awake bright and EARLY the next morning, wanting to get a move on!
