Should we tell her not to bend down anymore? She is 31 years old and some other workers believe that she knows how much is showing when she bends down but is only trying to show off her tattoo she got on her lower back.
I have had to tell people about thier "slot machine " LOL and I had to tell a gy who didnt wear underwear that he offended the girls at work when he squated in his pants that had a small hole in the crotch
Sorry, but what does age have to do with it? What if the 31 year old has a killer body?
I would just nicely tell her that she is showing more than she perhaps intends to. No need to get the supervisor involved, just be nice and let her know. She may not be aware of it. If she persists, then I would go to a supervisor, but come on, its a little skin, I think the nice thing would be to mention it to her;

She knows EXACTLY how much skin she is showing, and obviously doesn't care if her coworkers see it. I know a lot of women with tatoos in that same area, and they purposely dress to show them off. I know a woman in her 40's who doesn't have a great body, and dresses like a tramp to show her tatoos off. She looks ridiculous. (She's got a handful of other issues as well, which is why I've distanced myself, I don't need the constant drama which is all self-inflicted.)
As far as the age, I could understand the lower level of maturity on the 20 year old. It's still not acceptable, but by the time you're in your late 20's, it's time to freaking grow up already.
We deal with this EVERY DAY at work!!! One of our coworkers, who just turned 23, has scrub bottoms that just do NOT fit right, so we're constantly seeing her crack. It's a little unnerving sometimes.
If you're sure she's aware of what she's doing, or if someone has said something already so you know she knows what she's doing and does it anyhow, then tell your supervisor to speak with her.
I saw SNL last night almost had Bacardi coming out of my nose from laughing so hard! Why not leave a sign on her desk,locker, etc, saying This isn't Vegas or Atlantic city, cover up your coin slot
We saw the SNL skit and were rofl too.
Around here though, that is called a pencil holder.
I even proved it to be correct while my DH was working around the house one day. He didn't think it was quite as funny as I did.
OMG! I just interpreted this conversation on my job! I am working in a college classroom, interpreting for a Deaf student...who happened to notice another student's thong and half her fanny was hanging out...so the Deaf student polietly goes up to her and tells her...which I had to interpret...
