Thank goodness I was thinking ahead when I purchased Sesame Place passports (season tickets) for DD and myself this summer. I got DD the least expensive pass, but I got the Super Grover Passport (the most expensive one) for myself. In addition to all the Sesame Place perks the passport provided (free parking, special exclusive park extended hours, discounts on food and souvenirs, etc.), it also incuded free admission to any Anheuser-Busch theme park for the passholder, and discounted admission for their family or friends.

I had called Sea World before our trip to ask what the discount for my DD and DH would be, and the person on the phone said she tought it was eight dollars discount per person. When I went to Sea World to purchase the tickets, however, the girl asked me if the discount is 50 percent off and of course I said that yes, I had heard it is half-off. So I got in for free and DD and DH got in two for the price of one: 65 dollars for all three of us; not bad!

Now I wished I would have gotten those Sesame Place passes. We're going to Sea World next Wednesday and I'm getting the tickets from AAA. Oh well!

I'm confused - are you saying that you led them to believe that the discount was 50% when it wasn't? Why did the woman say $8.00 per ticket if it was higher?
