What a busy first day you had. I know what you mean about waking really early. I hardly ever sleep ont he first few nights and am usually awake no later than about 5:30 every morning anyway

We've planned on AK for our first day there (first trip as well!) I did wonder if we'd done the right thing as a lot of people like MK for their first day. Great report.

Hi,, I think you are doing the right thing not going to MK on the first day,, we went on our first trip last summer and saved MK till about day4, I was really glad we did,, I think if you go to MK first, it kinda spoils it a little for the other theme parks (especially for the kids, they just want to keep doing MK once they have been). We are going again in August and I'm plannng on saving Mk till day 3, we are going to do MGM and AK first!
