Actually he didn't say she was at Disney. I'm almost inclined to think not because unless you were there for a two week stay you'd have a tougher time switching outfits on the fly.
To the question at hand:
I'm a speedy dresser normally but! If I've assessed an outfit and its just okay...and then I go off and do something else (in her case make-up)....you might notice that what was okay "just isn't right...isn't in harmony with the day, your make-up, your hair...doesn't quite express the look you want...makes you look dowdy. This sounds like one of those "it just won't quite do switcheroos". One shift like this is okay...more than one and she probably should go shopping.
