Glad your OFSTED is going ok. You've just reminded me though. I need help with a form, because I can't think what to write...

"Have I any any interests, skills or experience which would be useful in working with children or young people?"

I've got 2 short lines of space to use, so it's not a lot, but I need to finish the form and send it off.

UKStitch, aren't you a computer whizz? That's always a good way in with kids, so there's a skill. Interests has to be Disney and travel, perhaps? Didn't I also read about you doing some sort of Kids Camp a while ago - supervising kids swimming, or have I made that last bit up? Well, there's your experience. Job done.

Oh now Ive read that bit maybe what Ive just pmed to you is more being with YP not working with them but there again it could be made to fit.
Say not worked directly with them but have experience of being with them in voluntary capacity through ...

Lol. Yep, I can commit a lot of information to memory. I hate filling in forms - it's so hard to 'sell' yourself. At least you haven't got to fill in pages and pages.

I think you get like that in a few professions. I did a short stint as an HR clerk when I was younger and very quickly learnt to recite people and their departments

Working with in Quaker terms is slightly different - it's includes voluntarily working with, so my supervising role would count, even though it wasn't a paid job.
