Good evening everyone. Just thought I'd check in and say hello. Had my first day of OFSTED today, and was observed as predicted. Was a very positive experience though, partly because the inspector was very nice, and partly because the kids were absolute stars. She gave me some great feedback, commenting on the nice atmosphere in the room and my warm relationships with the students. One more day to go and then it will all be over. Hope everyone is ok.

Bob, when is your Steakhouse review going to be posted? I've been looking forward to it!

Glad your OFSTED is going ok. You've just reminded me though. I need help with a form, because I can't think what to write...

"Have I any any interests, skills or experience which would be useful in working with children or young people?"

I've got 2 short lines of space to use, so it's not a lot, but I need to finish the form and send it off.
