OT - Finally some GOOD IRS news for me

After three years of having to pay, and pay, and then pay even more, I did our taxes preliminarily this year and discovered we would be getting $800.00 back. Boy wasnt I excited!

But then, I did them online through our bank, only to discover because of the extra child credit, we would be getting about $1500.00!!! We had never qualified for that before but with a new baby and the fact I hardly worked last year, this year we did. I am so happy!!! That is WDW money! I am so glad I decided to poke around that tax software!

That is excellent news. There was a Savers Credit this year on Tax Cut software where you get a credit for participating in 401K type plans. It gave us about $358 extra that I didnt expect.
