Just issues with Kyra's dad.

Am now looking into changing her surname to mine but have no idea how to do it.

The Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages would probably be able to help - may need his signature though

Gosh Eurostar are having a laugh, they just rung me about tickets that i wanted for September as im on prioity list and they are trying to charge me a extra £25 LOL i told them id rather wait till March and book them then lol.

I said how can you charge me £85 when i can get them for £65 i dont call that a eurostar sale lol.

You will need Kyra's dads permission to change her surname, I know of 2 people who want to do this. One dad agreed, the other didn't but I can't blame him as the mother is brainwashing the boys to hate their dad & won't let him see them.

sorry you are having problems again emma. sometimes im glad ash has no contact with her dad it cuts out all those problems but adds a few of its own i guess.

I think once they turn 18 he doesn't get a say in it, but that is a long way off for you

The other chick that I looked this up for just changed her son's name by deed poll anyway. Think she only did it to annoy the father as she sent him a copy of the deed poll by post so I'm not sure she cared weather or not it was legal!

thats what i worry about for ash when she goes to school. she has never met her dad. she thinks dads are grandads *** thats whats normal for her.

poor kyra. she is such a lovely little girl her dad should only be proud to spend time with her.

I totally agree, I know someone who is the opposite, he wants to see his sons but his ex won't let him. She is playing a foolish game though as the maintenence payments are legally agreed on the understanding that he gets to see his sons. Having said that he would never stop payment. Its just a shame he can't see them more.

I couldn't imagine being without Kacee. He is my little buddy, and my partner in crime.

I feel sorry for the Father's tbh as they obviously don't realise what they are missing out on.

i totally agree capn. i love ash so much even though its not ideal i wouldnt change things for the world. its feels like she has always been here. and all my family love ash so much so the only person really missing out is the person not here

ARGh, i dunno if i should of booked them eurostar tickets now.

I just dont get how they can be £25 more than last year and i booked them the 3rd week of Feb last year and got them for £65 for the same dates and that was when they went on sale to general public.
