Just found out that I did make TopGuide for my first week. So...can someone explain does this mean I get 20 cents for this weeks queries or next weeks? Just a little confused since it is still showing up as 10 cents under my earnings.

I made top guide again too. I think it's my 4th week in a row. I did 698 searches with 99% accuracy.

Hey All!

I came in on TG this week with 98%, 826, 100!

I got 2 QC's, (1) Monday and (1)Tuesday for work from weeks ago-

one I earned but-

the other was an incorrect QC, I sent FB-

does that reflect on this Thursday's TG or next Thursday's TG status?????

Last week's TG was 100% 540? something, and 100%, so I slipped a little bit this week.

On the screen where you write your reply - at the very bottom you can check a box to set you away after you send the reply.

Question about payments once a month. What does it look like when it transfers into your account? Who is it from? I think I got paid but it's from a weird source.

Check your email. It'll show number of searches, % of accuracy and number of completions (different than # of searches, b/c you sometimes have to abort or whatever).

I had 698 searches
99% accuracy
98% completion

I think you only get the email if you do at least 200 searches.

They included my test Qs so I had 210. 99% reply, but only 94% accuracy, so I just missed out. I wasn't expecting it this week as I had 197 live searches, but still a little disappointed!

I had 99%, 1069, 100% for quality, total searches and completion.

I don't know how they do the rookie rewards on the Top Guide thing. I have to wonder if it's not random because my first week I did more searches and had the same quality, etc. as some who made it. So, no clue really.

My direct deposit looks like this on my online statement, "First IB Des". It's the abbreviated name of the bank ChaCha uses.

OK, I am the only one ready to quit Cha Cha?
I was accepted as an expediter last week. Everytime I get a question, I get an error and have it logs me out. I have logged 28 minutes and made a whopping .36! And then today I got two "feedback"s telling me a question asking for a phone number should not be routed to the white pages. And to look it up on the link provided. The tip sheet they send me says NOTHING about phone numbers.

Congrats to those you are doing well, but I don't think this is for me.

LILO, that does sound frustrating, the only thing I can suggest is expeditors are BRAND NEW, so it may take some time for bugs to get worked out. But I'd be miffed over only making .36, too.

Log into the underground and go to your account, click on searches or pay, or view statement (or click on everything until you find it!) until you find the list with all the questions you answered. Count them and substract any that went over 10 minutes. If you have less than 10, log into the universe and do a few more until you go over. Check back on your list and count them again. Mine instantly started paying me after the 10th completed training question and no longer said "training."

I am so disappointed I didn't pass the test.

can you tell me how do you serach for a seafood restaurant near the Verizon Center in washington, DC.. I searched found restaurants but I had no idea how to figure out where verizon center was on the map and which restaurant was close to it. I screwed up big time with a few searches. Bummer!
Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
