That's what I thought. I made Top Guide this week, but my 20 cents only started on Thursday. I thought I'd be getting 20 cents for every question I answered this week.

You'll get the 20 cents from Wed until they announce the next week's top guides. They don't run on the same schedule. Kinda confusing.

The search week runs from 12:00am Sunday to 11:59pm the following Saturday.

Top Guide pay is from Thursday at noon (when the list is posted) until Thursday at noon of the following week (when the next list is posted). If you make Top Guide again your pay stays at .20 if you don't it stays at .10 or goes back to .10 at noon.

I was wondering this myself. I think it has something to do with referring folks to work for ChaCha.

From what I understand the teams are another way to make money with ChaCha. If you get someone to sign up and they put your email in as their referral then they become a member of your team. You then will receive a bonus equal to 10% of whatever their monthly earnings are each month.

Has it slowed down for anyone else this evening? I'm not getting back to back Q's like I was earlier.

It has been horribly slow for the last two hours.

I was getting them back to back from around 5:30 until around 7:00. Then it slowed down but from 8:00 until now it's been completely dead. I get one every 5 minutes or so.

I just need to make a couple of more dollars and I'm going to bed. This is the slowest it's ever been for me.

Very slow tonight. I guess when ChaCha offers bonuses a lot of guides are available. Wonder how many guides get enough questions to get the bonus?
The drawings are kind of interesting though.

I will have completed one week of being a ChaCha guide tomorrow. I might hit the $60 mark. I kind of see this week as "training". I'm getting a lot faster and figuring out best sources, etc.

I made the 120, and then some. I have the benefit though of being on the west coast so it ends at midnight my time. That's not too bad. It's 11:20 here and I've been done about 45 minutes or so.

Last night was the first time I have participated in the guaranteed bonus. I finished about 128 questions (even if I had to stay up until 2:30AM), and I am wondering when I will see the extra $12 on my account. I don't see it yet. Thanks!

You won't see the $12 until tomorrow or Tuesday. They have to check quality first. Last weekend I did the guarantee cash on Saturday and had my $12 on Monday morning. Hopefully that'll be the case this time.

Certainly not implying anyone here, but I saw on history one guide (I'm assuming it was one because the wording was always the same even though I can't remember it word for word now) answered "ChaCha needs more information to answer your specific question. Please ChaCha again." The questions were no-brainers, too. The IS would text back with an annoyed version. Saw this probably half-dozen times.

Questions came too slow for me to make the 120 yesterday. I think I was on about 4-5 hours and only got 80 questions done. How is that possible? I'm must faster and can get a lot of questions done in under 3 minutes. I read in the forums that some do 400 a day and such -- I just can't figure out how they're doing it though. I'm getting pretty discouraged and thinking this just isn't worth it. My search hours shows something like 14 hours and I've only made $30! Sheesh!

Is there a way to see the questions before you accept them? I noticed when it gets really fast, the screen won't change and so I skip the questions I know will be really difficult (like 10 minutes!).

It is supposed to be almost instant; so within 10 or 15 minutes at the most I would guess. I don't have it so I am not certain.

That was happening to me yesterday. I didn't want to be penalized for it, so I just quit for the day!

I am a little confused. Is it 200 searches between thursday to thursday or is it sunday-saturday? Can someone clairify please?
