I am still waiting to hear back from ChaCha as to if I passed the simulation or not. I took it Sunday morning and I completed the 10 questions around 9 am. So I guess I just wait!?!?!?!?

kgbr16, the e-mail about the simulator test says it takes 2-4 days to hear back after you take the test. In my case it took the full 4 days, but they did finally get back to me to let me know I could start. So hang in there!

Hope someone can help me. I am so frustrated. I got all the way through to the simulator test and when I went to it, it looked like I was in the "Universe" to answer questions. Is it that close of a replica? It even had an available/away button. It would let me choose interests. I started to do that, but then they wanted very precise areas and since I haven't done this yet didn't want to give that narrow of information.
I freaked for a bit and thought this might be messed up and I might get real questions, so I put it on away. Then, I thought maybe that is how the simulator works and put it on available. I had info on the left side of my screen and just blank on the right. I waited like 10 minutes and no questions.
I sent feedback to ask if there is a problem, but I know it will take a while to get a reply. I am eager to know and know you guys will likely give me a quick answer.

One problem I had was downloading Adobe Flash. It was already installed on my computer. I put firefox on and chacha said I needed flash. Fine, I'll install again, but my PC wouldn't let me with firefox open. So, I went back and checked, yes it is installed. I was able to watch the video of going through how to answer questions. Could this have anything to do with it? Everything else was fine.

Hmm, it's been close to 24 hrs. and I still haven't gotten anything. When I submitted the form the first time, I got "error 500" or something like that from their website. I filled it out and submitted it again but it came up as a submission already done under that email. So I'm wondering if it went through or not?? Has anyone tried to sign up (the very first step) within the last day or so and gotten this error?

I too experienced this yesterday afternoon, if I don't hear anything by tomorrow I will submit a new email and try again.

Thanks for letting me know I wasn't the only one! Let me know if you have any luck. I've used up all of my emails but I can always create a new hotmail or something...if you are able to get through I will try again!

Wendy: That shouldn't be a problem. Happened to me too. I actually went back a couple times to answer the 10 questions...kept getting interrupted.

I am at the same stage. I left mine on for 20 minutes and nothing. I thought that maybe I had to wait until they emailed and said I passed the three stage testing. I'll put it back on tonight.

My sister was doing the Sim test yesterday and after 4 questions they stopped coming, she stayed logged on for hours after and NOTHING. I hope they figure this out. I'm feeling like an idiot for having a few friends sign up and pass tests and now they can't even get hired.

Man, it's sooooooooo slow today! I'm getting queries, but there is a big delay between them. Figures it's slow when I want to work, and busy as all get out when I need to get off.

What the heck is up with the system? I am getting a lot of queries, but after only a second or two, it tells me I'm taking too long to answer then says they are sending the querie to someone else. It only gives one or 2 seconds to answer. Then I put my status as away so I could check their forums for information. All of a sudden I got a pop up that I was taking too long, then it sent me back to a question I had already answered and sent. I answered again, but it said my time that it took was 3 minutes. It only took me about 30 seconds though. I think I am logging off now. Too many problems with the system today for me.

I'm sorry for your sis, but glad to know it isn't just me. I waited for about an hour to take the sim test and NOTHING. Maybe tomorrow will be better because today I'm thinking I have used a lot of time for nothing. Just very frustrating.

Is anyone else having problems sending the registration form in. Every time I hit submit it says "Error Code 500" and I have tried two different emails now. Won't let you try again with the same email, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
