OT: ChaCha

i got the new cha cha universe and its kinda boring...i would have loved to be a guide and answered questions but oh well

Looks like everything's working for some people. I still get that same problem when I try to access the knowledgebase.chacha it brings me to underground.chacha, then when I try to log in, it says my account is suspended even after I received an email saying that it is now active.
AHHH I'm done, going to create a new email and resubmit.

mamba, that is EXACTLY what happened to me. I tried to resubmit all my info under a different e-mail address today, but so far, nothing. I can't stand disorganization so I have to say I'm a bit put off with the whole thing. Ah well.

What is the deal with this company? Are they as disorganized as they seem? I signed up last week, got the invitation to take the test...3 questions into the test it locked up, booted me out. The questions were super easy, so I know the whopping 3 questions I answered were correct, lol. I tried to log back in and it said I was suspended. I sent ChaCha an e-mail and this morning they sent me an e-mail back saying my account was now active, and I could go back and finish the test. Tried to log back in and guess what? Still suspended! Has anyone else experienced this, and is it even worth it to bother?

And what is the difference between and Expeditor and a Guide? My first e-mail said I was invited to take the test to be a guide, the second said Expeditor...are they the same thing?

Thanks for any help/insight you can offer!

I've been with ChaCha for about a month now, and I have to say that I am not impressed. It is very disorganized and they do not respond consistently to emails. Honestly, I would not reccommend it. They did pay me the correct amount and on time, but that is about all I can commend them on. I have had one problem after another and they have changed things numerous times just in the 1 month that I have been working. But good luck to you!

Taking the guide test......uuuggghhhh....got some 'proxy error message" while taking the test after I submitted some answers. than the webpage seemed to freeze up....than I found out that i was a ChaCha guide reject and they didn't need my services Great....I really was needing to make some extra money.....guess I need to look elsewhere....or does anyone know if I can retry it using another e-mail address????

I can't log into ChaCha either. I get the same message from Firefox. Thought I could make a little $$ this morning since there will probably be quite a few questions to answer when they are back up and running. No luck though.

I think I saw a news alert that the website would be down around 7:30 am for updates? I didn't look too closely at the alert because I was busy answering questins and the doorbell kept ringing nonstop!

according to the alert (and the e-mail), the site was supposed to be back up by 7:30 a.m. ET. of course, an hour an 20 minutes past that point it's still down
