Do you need a daily pass to get into the downtown Disney and what time is this show at ?

You do not need park passes for Downtown Disney; however, Osborne Lights is located at Disney's Hollywood Studios and for that, you do need park passes. Hope this helps

Hmmm. Just to make sure we're on the correct page...

The Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights takes place at Disney's Hollywood Studios, not Downtown Disney. The lights are turned on at 6:00 PM and remain lit for the rest of the evening. Theme park admission is required to view them.

Downtown Disney is a shopping and dining district. No pass is required to enter.

The Osborne Lights are held at Disney's Hollywood Studios and I think they start at 6pm.Downtown Disney is basically a shopping/dining/entertainment center and has no admission charge.
