ordering takeout from outside Disney

Hi
Can I order from an outside restaurant and have it delivered to hotel?
I am thinking like pizza ,subs, Chinese and things like that? delivered to the hotel room

We've ordered Pizza Hut (was it Papa John's?) to SSR. We just looked the number up in the phone book (there is sometimes a specific number for WDW guests) and called from our cells and they brought it right to our room. Very easy!

It also was cheaper for our whole family (we had 4 adults and 2 kids) than eating Disney.

We do the Domino's 5/5/5 deal. There is one that is close to the resorts.......they will deliver but only to the main building. You just meet them there and pick it up...........3 one topping pizzas and warm brownies for dessert for $20! Can't beat it.

It will work, but if you are at a monorail resort (or WL) they will have to come through the toll plaza to get to your resort. And that is not free.

Wouldn't they just stay in the far right lanes and be able to go straight on thru? We've always been waved thru when we were going to SOG to buy tickets,etc.

I've only ordered while at SSR though.

I've gone in to have dinner at CG and they never charged me the toll fee. I just told them that I'm going to dinner, not Magic Kingdom.

I love, LOVE, Flippers Pizza!!

Even with free dining we have to eat there at least once. I am fairly certain the one in Olde Town will deliver to WDW property. At least, that's what the girl working the counter last time told me. We usually stay at the POP.

Dang - now I want pizza for lunch today.

You must try Giordano's pizza http://www.giordanos.com/main.php (we order from the one on Vineland Road). It is incredible ! DH is somewhat of a pizza snob and LOVED their stuffed pizza when he had it for the first time in June. He liked it so much that he has asked that we get it at least twice when we are in Orlando in March .
