Orbitz - good or bad experience?

I have a 20% off for the GCH through Orbitz that expires tomorrow. It will save us quite a bit of money but my last experience with Orbitz on flights was a nightmare and I am scared to book the hotel. Anyone have a great story of booking through Orbitz and all going well?

They have 20% all the time, don't feel rushed. Cheaptickets.com even has 20 and 25% off right now.

I used Orbitz for WDW this past spring. Could not pass up the extra 10% off of the room. I had no problems with my stay. The only thing I had to do was schedule ME myself, which will not apply to DL.

I've never had a problem booking with Orbitz or any other travel site for that matter. I do prefer Expedia if I do book with a travel site though.
