Orange and Black pompoms

I run a children's program, I have pre-school aged children, and elementary school-aged children. I was given a huge bag of orange and black pompoms and I need some ideas for crafts i can make with them. Thanks in advance.

Halloween cats? You could use black felt and make little witch hats for them, too. Get some black or orange yarn for tails and pick up a little pack of googly eyes.

I know this may sound silly but Can you explain what type of Pom Poms.. Are they the little fuzzy things or Cheerleading pom poms?

If they are small enough you can glue them to pipe cleaners and wrap them around a pencil..

Or.. add Magnets to them
