I enjoy Oprah and I applaud her generosity but I don't understand why a women who is always encouraging women to love themselves as they are, is so fixated on her weight.
Thats what I am thinking. She has issues with her weight....who doesn't? But she makes it an issue by going out there and telling us each time she loses and gains. I can do without a show telling me she gained weight. I can watch the show and see for myself.
Proves money can't always buy happiness. I think that she should just stop focusing so much on her weight, making it such a big issue. Sure, being overweight if not healthy but neither is yo-yo dieting.
Exactly. Being healthy doesn't mean doing every fad diet everytime you gain some weight.
I do believe it brings it into perspective for a lot of us trying to lose weight. If Oprah has a hard time doing it with all her money, chefs and personal trainers, she is really no different than the rest of us.
I do wish she wouldn't lie so much though. Sure we all fudge how much we weigh, but really, when she says she is as her biggest and is on the cover of a magazine, don't say you are 200lbs when you are clearly more than that. Just don't say anything at all.
....and as for "O"......the only time I watch her anymore is when Dr. Oz is on. I like him and drink his green drink every day

I think she is way out of touch, but whatever.
just don't get it
