Open Pre-trip report for June 2014 arrivals

I bet you won't have a problem once you do link those tickets to the MagicBands.

You're there for such a long time that as long as it's not "the next day" you're trying to schedule for, there should be capacity in the system. Disney has modified so many rides for the FP+ system that over half the capacity of some major rides looks like they are locked into FP+.

Don't sweat it and keep us updated. Thank you, man!

We purchased and linked our 10 day "no expiration" tickets at the fort in 2012. I tried emailing but was told they could only link them up when we arrive. I am 2100 miles away... Not too happy but we are lucky to be able to have an extended trip to work on the fast pass when we arrive. I might still let Disney know my displeasure.

Call the IT support #. They were able to link old tickets for me without the numbers on the back. I was told no 2x before someone finally did it.

Lost another weekend to prep rv.3 out 4 kids caught the the stomach bug this week. New plan to do all house prep this weekend and use next weekend for rv loading and last bit of work on it. Still on plan to leave Wednesday May 28th.

We finished our flag football season today, had a some extra time and got the swimming pool dialed in for summer mode. We can enjoy this week before we leave and I don't have to worry about it when we are gone at the fort. Now I need to get the regulator fixed on the air compressor so I can get good psi foe the rv. 104 today in Phoenix.


I want to edit my first post on this thread to include all members that will be at the for for the month of June. Please reply and we will add your name to the top of the pre trip repot. Feel free to add to this thread for all you pre trip planning..

Did you try calling the Disney Magic Band help line (not sure what the real name is but it comes up on the MDE as a number to call if you need help)? They were able to link our older tickets when I had been unsuccessful doing in at home. We had older ten day non-expiring tickets that were partially used.

CAn't push the issue now because my tickets were stolen in my "murse " with a master set of all my keys, I have a scanned copy of all the tickets and was assured i would be ok when i get to the park.

grocery shopped and purchased a chest freezer.

1200 dollars later we might have enough food to make the 3 plus weeks at the fort.

Leave Chandler AZ Wednesday @ 9:30 am ( would leave earlier but we have a school function) lots of miles.. RV is all gassed up and ready to go

I want to try to make sunset at the rv resort in Destin. Will have about 5 hours of sleep on Wednesday night so will push to get to Destin by 7:00 pm Thursday night.

Depending on the weather forecast we may leave Destin Saturday and check in late Saturday night (after a small grocery stop). I want to get the spot I requested loop 600 water side so I don't want to change the reservation too many times.
