Check with MS. Due to the fact that 2 of you are under the age of 1 you would probably be OK in a 1 bedroom. Usually if one or more of the children are under 1 then they don't count, or count as 1/2 a person so to speak. Space wise there would be plenty of room so I am with you that I would not want a 2 bedroom. Also could depend on the age of the 3rd person, child or adult.

Duck and cover!!! This is a very hot issue on this board. DVC's states that a one bedroom can hold 4 plus one child under 3. Many folks on this board have reported that DVC will allow 5 in a 1 bedroom, but will not provide bedding and linens for that 5th person. I personally have no problem with a family of 5 staying in a one bedroom, I don't particularly want my children two rooms away from me on vacation with their own exit door. Talk to DVC about it. If they tell you it's not a problem, then don't worry about it.
