Disney's own website has park schedules including parades and fireworks. Cinderellabration will run many times a day on the Castle Forecourt Stage, so if you'll be sure to see it at least once.
Is you 4 year old over 40" tall? Is she a daredevil? Will she (or you) want to ride on Big Thunder or Splash Mountain?
I have a 5 year old DD. We usually start the day at rope drop (*yawn*) and walk to in Fantasyland. Note: if you are staying onsite and the MK opens early, take advantage of that. If you're staying offsite and the MK opens early for resort guests, choose a different day for the MK.
We usually start with Dumbo, then get a Fast Pass for Peter Pan and ride Snow White and work our way to Tomorrowland. On the way we'll do Pooh and maybe the Tea Cups.
In Tomorrowland we will sometimes do the Indy cars. If you really want to ride the Indy Cars do it early or the line will get too long. We then will ride Buzz Lightyear once or twice. The lines should still be short. Check your Peter Pan Fast Pass. If it says you can get a new one and your DD isn't afraid of the dark, grab a Fast Pass for Stitch and head over to Adventureland. Sometimes we'll get a FP so we can do Buzz again since it's one of our family favorites.
In Adventureland we do the Magic Carpets and the Jungle Cruise. My DD doesn't like Pirates, so we usually skip it. You can do that at this time if you want. My guess is that it's about 2-2.5 hours now from park opening.
We continue walking around the park and if we are feeling brave we will get a Fast Pass for Big Thunder or Splash Mountain. If your DD doesn't want to ride you can always "baby swap" where one adult rides while the other hangs out with the child. By now you should be holding 2-3 Fast Passes. Don't worry, you'll get to them

.
Walk though Frontierland and through Liberty Square. Stop and do the Haunted Mansion if your DD is brave. Then, go under the archway and you are back in Fantasyland. Get a Fast Pass for PhilharMagic.
Now you can slow down. Ride Peter Pan with your Fast Passes. You'll be OK as long as the current time is after the start time on the FP, even if it's after the end time. Ride Small World as the line will be very short. Ride the carousel and marvel at the line for Dumbo. Ride the Tea Cups if the line is less than 15 minutes, go to Toon Town to see the character meet-and-greet. Ride Stitch or Buzz. Wander back to Frontierland and ride Splash/Big Thunder. Tour the Treehouse or the Island.
Make sure to leave time for lunch! You may want to schedule lunch at the Crystal Palace so your DD can meet Pooh and his friends. Make the PS late, around 2:00 or early at 11:00.
Go home after the parade to rest and swim. If there is a SpecroMagic, return in time for that and the fireworks. Don't plan on any attractions at night since the parade and the fireworks will take up the last 1.5 - 2 hours that the park is open.
Gotta go pick up my DD! Have fun!
