We were at the BWI in January,I had. 2 parcels delivered.
The one from Disney was delivered to the room, the other was from AG, I had to ask about that one, they told me it was at the Convention Centre, I walked down there , a couple of mins walk and picked it up.
Wasn't charged .

Wow that sure is a surprise! When you said the Disney purchase was delivered free to your room, I guess that does not surprise me and seems fair of them but not having to pay to pick up the other one is great news. I wonder if it's the norm now or just a one off for you.

The disney parcel was a mug I ordered from Memory Maker, because they gave me a free $20 voucher and I went on line and got a mug with our photo on it.
They told me at the concierge desk , when I was asking about the AG parcel, it depends on who the sender uses for posting , eg FedEx, usps , ect on whether it goes over to the convention centre to be picked up.
I was getting a bit worried where that one was, I can't remember what hours it was open, but I walked over on MLK holiday day and it was open, guy said it had been there a few days lol.
I was going to tell him I wasn't paying anything to pick it up, because I had read things on here too, anyhow, he just got me to sign for it and I said thanks and walked away.
Maybe you can email them and ask?
I know when we stayed at Pop they delivered to the room.

I'd probably be ordering the airbed from Amazon I guess and so, given they are a huge online supplier in the U.S., they probably have an agreement with a major transport company in the U.S. and perhaps one of you from the U.S. know who that might be?
