Online fleece sources?

Anyone know of a good place to get fleece online which will have pretty good quality fleece (that doesn't stretch horribly in one direction like the stuff I just used did).

I'm going to check a couple of other sources for fleece here around town, but if my last 3 choices (or, rather, the last 3 places I'm willing to go look) don't have any of good quality in a pattern I like, I'd like to be able to order online.

My grandpa's blanket was a big enough hit with both my parents and DH that I'd like to make one for each of them (or at least my mom if I can't get one for the others soon enough) as well. But I didn't like the quality of the stuff I got for my grandpa's blanket (it's fine since I already had it and already used it, but not to start a new one) and they didn't have any good patterns for my mom or DH anyway.

Any suggestions? Does joann.com have good quality fleece?

Rajah do you have a Joann's near you. Idon't think I would buy fabric online without being able to feel it but thats just me. Are you able to shop the day after Thanksgiving?(hint hint)

Yes, I do, but I don't expect to find much in Houston. :( None of the other shops I've tried nearby have had any, but then again, they've been quilting shops rather than just *fabric* shops.

I'm breaking down and going to Walmart tonight since that's about 10 minutes from home and the nearest Joann's is about 30 and in a part of town I won't drive in after dark. If I don't find what I want at Walmart tonight, I'm going to ask DH if we can stop by Joann's tomorrow while we're out. But then I can't get any fabric for *his* blanket if he's with me.

Online's going to be a last resource, but I want to know that if I don't find what I want, there might be a good online resource.

I bought the material for the three blankets I made at Joann

The kids are holding up well, not stretchy, and MIL's is doing well also.

I guess living in Texas you might not find much. Good luck at Wal*Mart. You never know you might get lucky.

Our Wal-Mart has a decent selection of fleece. Also, if you have a Hancock's near you, ours has a bunch of different prints and solids.

Hancocks is where I got the stuff for my grandpa's blanket, but they both stretched horribly (deforming type stretch, not stretch and bounce back) in one direction. I hated working with it in that direction. :( People here have been saying *their* fleece didn't stretch.
