Online dvc booking and member services down for maintenance?

Did you try signing in? I signed in and was able to check availability.

There was a button for 'more info', but when clicked, nothing showed up.
I thought that it would give dates and times for the downtime.

Anyway, I just went in anyway this morning, and booked a reservation online without any problem.

Ok, maybe it is just too early in the morning for me but I went to DVCmember.com and it is just saying welcome DVC members and it is a blog not the normal site and there is nothing showing for me to click on to get to the proper site.....did they change the site? I'm trying to pay my dues.

I been having the same problem for last several days ever since they changed the log in page. Accessing from my cell phone internet (no other internet at home). Half the time the sign in button is totally missing. Frustrating.

I was just on with no problem.

They have a message about down time. Click 'read more' to see that the down time will be on Feb 11, MS from 9am to 11am, and online booking from 2am to 11am. (online banking, loan payments, dues payments will be available during downtime.)

I just checked and got on and signed in and all works. They do say at the top that site will not be available on Feb 11, 2014

Yes they did change the site. At the very top of the page over on the right there is a TINY "Sign In" link. Click on that to log in to the site.

The link looks like this: Sign In but in a different font and maybe slightly smaller.

The only thing they could have done to make that link even less visible would be to display it in white text.

I never did see that and maybe it is because I'm on an iPad not the computer?

I eventually clicked on a member offer which prompted the sign in page then took me back to the blog and when I clicked on the offer again it took me to the normal DVC member site.

The 11th is my 7 month mark to switch resorts. I assume I can still call at 8 AM Eastern to make a switch or get on a wait list?

The reservation system will not be available until at least 11 AM Eastern on 2/11.
