onetravel.com??? Help please!

We are flying Frontier Airlines in Sept, and I see onetravel.com has a discount code we can use if we book through them. I've never heard of onetravel.com, so I started doing my research on them...and I found many, many complaints. I know generally reviews can tend to be rants instead of raves, so I don't know if I should take these with a grain of salt, or if I should truly run.

Has anyone had any good/bad experience with onetravel.com?? Please share!
