The $15 one time use points offered by DVC... can they only be used at 7 months? I would really love it if they were available at 11 months

yep - 7 months only. (and i think it's 24 pts maximum. if you need 25 they'll talk to you about an add-on, i believe.)

11 months would be nicer. wonder if they'd consider offering 11 month pts for a premium?

And I think that you cannot use them online, you have to call MS to book a night using one time points.

There is a legitimate reason for them being available only at 7 months.

If they were available at 11 months, DVC would need to strictly track their home resort, rather than pooling them. Otherwise, they'd be guilty of illegally overselling a resort.
